1tsp coconut aminoscan use Worcestershire if desired
1 cupshredded cheese
Sea salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees
Ground Beef
In a medium skillet cook ground beef all the way through, salt and pepper to taste. While cooking prepare the casserole sauce. Add in diced onion and cook additional 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat.
Cauliflower
Place cauliflower in medium sized microwave safe bowl. Microwave on high for 5-7 minutes. Be sure cauliflower is cooked through, if not microwave for additional minutes
Casserole Sauce
While meat and cauliflower are cooking whisk together heavy cream, egg, mustard, and coconut aminos. Set aside.
Casserole Assembly
Stir beef, cauliflower, and sauce all together until well combined. Place in 9x13 casserole dish. Sprinkle cheese over the top and place in the preheated oven. Bake for 25 minutes. Serve as is or with favorite cheeseburger toppings.
