Jalapeno Lime Marinade

Ingredients

  • 3 garlic cloves minced
  • 1/4 onion diced
  • 1/2 jalapeno diced
  • 1 bunch of cilantro leaves chopped
  • 3 TBS olive oil
  • 3 TBS fresh lime juice
  • 2 tsp sea salt
  • pepper to taste
  • 3 lbs choice of meat

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in either a large bowl or a ziploc bag. Toss until meat is well coated.
  • Marinate in the fridge for 3+ hours.
