4slices oflean high quality bacon diced(ex. Hemplers)
2lbsbrussels sprouts prepped and cleaned

In a large cast iron pan cook diced bacon on medium heat. When cooked all the way through. Add onion and sprouts. Saute for 25 minutes, stirring occasionally. I wait about 7-8 minutes to stir because I like my brussels sprouts crispy.
