
Creamy Garlic Sautéed Mushrooms

Ingredients
- 8 oz whole white mushrooms sliced
- 1/4 onion chopped
- 4-6 garlic cloves diced
- 2 TBS olive oil
- 2 TBS coconut aminos
- 2 TBS heavy cream
- 1/2 TBS dried parsley
- 1 `tsp stevia or monk fruit
Instructions
- Place sliced mushrooms, garlic, onion, and olive oil in a medium sauté pan on medium heat. Cook until tender.
- Add all other ingredients.
- Serve 2 TBS of mushrooms over 6 oz of meat of choice.
