
Bangin’ Shrimp
Ingredients
Shrimp
- 2 lbs of large peeled and divined shrimp
- 1/8 onion diced
- 3 garlic cloves chopped
- 1 TBS olive oil
- 1 TBS serrano honey balsamic found at specialty balsamic store or online at Milgiliore Olive Oil
- 1 TBS Coconut Secrets teriyaki
- cayenne pepper to taste
- salt and pepper to taste
Bangin' Sauce
- 3 garlic cloves diced
- 1.5 TBS Coconut Secrets teriyaki
- 1/2 cup of mayo preferably soy free
- 1 TBS lemon fresh juice
- cayenne pepper to taste
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Shrimp
- Combine all ingredients in a medium sized bowl. Cover and marinate in refrigerator no longer than 2 hours. While marinating make the dipping sauce below.
- Remove shrimp from the fridge. Preheat oven on broil at 500 degrees. Place on a lined baking sheet. Broil shrimp for 4-6 minutes or until pink on both sides. Drain juices and place in a serving bowl with tooth picks. You can also grill shrimp placed on metal skewers on medium to high heat for 4-6 minutes.
Bangin' Sauce
- Whisk all ingredients in small bowl, cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
