
Italian Dry Rub
Ingredients
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp dried basil
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp oregano
- 1/4 tsp thyme
- Dash of rosemary
- 2 tsp sea salt
- Dash of pepper
- 3 lbs meat of choice
- 2 tsp olive oil
Instructions
- Mix seasoning in a bowl.
- Rub meat of choice with olive oil, then rub seasoning into meat.
- Let rest in fridge for 30+ minutes.
