Italian Dry Rub

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp dried basil
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp oregano
  • 1/4 tsp thyme
  • Dash of rosemary
  • 2 tsp sea salt
  • Dash of pepper
  • 3 lbs meat of choice
  • 2 tsp olive oil

Instructions

  • Mix seasoning in a bowl.
  • Rub meat of choice with olive oil, then rub seasoning into meat.
  • Let rest in fridge for 30+ minutes.
