Ingredients
 

  • 2 TBS olive oil
  • 2 large oranges juiced
  • 2 limes juiced
  • 2 TBS white wine vinegar
  • 2 TBS coconut aminos
  • 4 garlic cloves minced
  • 1/2 jalapeno diced *more or less in desired
  • 1/4 cup cilantro leaves chopped
  • 2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp ground cumin
  • 3 lbs choice of meat

Instructions
 

  • Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Place the meat in the bowl with marinade and toss until covered.
  • Cover and place in fridge for 4+ hours.
