BBQ Dry Rub

Low-carb, sugar free BBQ meat rub for any type of grilling meat. Can also be used to season crockpot pulled pork, chicken, etc… Macro's are broken down just for the seasoning of 6 oz. of meat. If you are logging into MyFitnessPal be sure to account for the meat.

Ingredients
 

  • 1 TBS garlic powder
  • 1 TBS onion powder
  • 1 TBS chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/8-1/4 tsp cayenne pepper more if you like spicy
  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 TBS sea salt more if desired
  • 1 tsp stevia or monk fruit *optional
  • 6 lbs meat of choice

Instructions
 

  • Mix all ingredients in a small mixing bowl. Can be premade and stored in airtight container.
