Low-Carb stir fry
- 1/2 TBS olive oil
- 2 TBS diced onion
- 1 cup raw undressed broccoli slaw
- 2 TBS chopped mushrooms
- Sea salt and pepper to taste
- 4 oz precooked meat of choice I use left over grilled meat
- 1/2 avocado sliced
- 1-2 tsp aged specialty balsamic of choice I use tangerine or honey serrano
- 1 green onion stalk diced
- In a medium pan saute onion, broccoli slaw, mushrooms, salt, and pepper in olive oil. Add already cooked meat.
- Place in a bowl and top with avocado, green onion, and balsamic vinegar.
