Ingredients
 

  • 1/2 TBS olive oil
  • 2 TBS diced onion
  • 1 cup raw undressed broccoli slaw
  • 2 TBS chopped mushrooms
  • Sea salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 oz precooked meat of choice I use left over grilled meat
  • 1/2 avocado sliced
  • 1-2 tsp aged specialty balsamic of choice I use tangerine or honey serrano
  • 1 green onion stalk diced

Instructions
 

  • In a medium pan saute onion, broccoli slaw, mushrooms, salt, and pepper in olive oil. Add already cooked meat.
  • Place in a bowl and top with avocado, green onion, and balsamic vinegar.
  • Enjoy!

Notes
