- 1 TBS olive oil
- 2 TBS specialty traditional aged balsamic vinegar See bottom of page for link to Migliore Olive Oil in Coeur D'Alene
- Sea salt and pepper to taste
- Drizzle olive oil and vinegar over salad. Salt and pepper. Toss with tongs.
