SERVICES OFFERED:
Premier Package: The premier package includes a combination of the exercise program, nutrition program, along with accountability coaching all tailored specifically for you and what your achievement goals are. The full package includes daily personal interaction via text along with a weekly accountability call. Daily interaction allows you to reach out during certain hours of the day to ask questions or get advice (i.e. I’m going out to dinner tonight, what are some good options for me to eat so I can stay on plan?).
Nutrition Program: The nutrition package includes a personalized plan based off caloric intake and macronutrient breakdown. You will log your daily food intake and I will monitor and guide you through what to eat to achieve your goals. This program also offers time with-in the day to text for questions and advice, along with a scheduled weekly accountability call.
Exercise Program: The exercise program design includes a personalized exercise program tailored to your goals, needs, and schedule. It also includes video demonstration of how to do the exercise if needed and a scheduled weekly call to go over progress, adjustments, and questions.
Maintenance Plan: Once you feel you have a handle on what decisions you need to make in order to achieve your fitness goals, you have the option to go on a monthly maintenance plan. The maintenance plan includes continued personalized exercise programs along with monthly accountability calls.
